Holiday Apartments in Elite Residence, Dubai Marina

Elite Residence is one of the tallest residential towers in Dubai Marina, and that height shapes most of what it's like to stay here. Many of the flats we look after sit well above the surrounding blocks, so the view out of the window tends to be the first thing guests mention.

It is a residential building first, with people living here year-round. You get the facilities residents expect rather than a hotel lobby, and those pay off more when you're settled in for several weeks than when you're passing through overnight.

This list is live and changes as dates fill. Nightly prices are before taxes; pick dates on an apartment for the exact quote.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Life inside the tower

The shared facilities go further than the usual pool and gym. There's a swimming pool with a separate kids' pool, a jacuzzi, a steam room and a sauna, plus a gym and a tennis court. A game room has air hockey and a pool table, and there's a kids' play area. On a hot afternoon that gives a family several options without leaving the building.

Security runs around the clock, and allocated parking is included, which matters if you're hiring a car. The honest downside of a tower this tall is that the lift becomes part of every trip out, so allow a little extra time when you're heading somewhere with a fixed start.

The apartments we manage here

Our mix here is mostly one-bedrooms, with a smaller number of two-bedrooms for families or friends travelling together. Many have been renovated or refitted, so they feel more recent than the tower itself.

Views vary from flat to flat. Some look out over the sea and towards Palm Jumeirah, others take in the Marina skyline and the city, and several are described as partial sea views. If a full sea outlook matters to you, tell us when you enquire and we'll point you to the right ones.

Who it suits

Families do well here because of the kids' pool, the play area and the game room. Couples and solo travellers who like to train will get use out of the gym and the tennis court. Longer stays make the most of it, since you have time to settle into the building's routine.

Around the tower you're in Dubai Marina proper, a residential district of high-rises. Expect a city setting with plenty of neighbours rather than somewhere quiet and secluded.

Questions people ask

Does every apartment have a sea view?

No. Some of ours look towards the sea and Palm Jumeirah, while others face the Marina and the city, and a number have partial sea views. Send us your dates and say what view you're hoping for, and we'll tell you which flats fit.

Is parking included?

Yes, allocated parking is included in the building. That's handy if you're driving or hiring a car during your stay.

Is Elite Residence a good choice with children?

It's one of the better-equipped towers for it. There's a dedicated kids' pool, a play area and a game room with air hockey and a pool table. Our two-bedroom flats give a family more room to spread out.
