LIV Marina Apartments for Holiday and Short Stays
LIV Marina is one of the newer residential towers on the Dubai Marina waterfront. It sits on the water, and the building has been designed so that you spend a fair bit of time in it rather than just sleeping there.
We manage a handful of apartments here, mostly one-bedrooms. Below is a straight account of what the building has, what our flats are like and who tends to get the most out of a stay.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Life inside the tower
The infinity pool is the obvious draw. It looks out over the marina, so a swim comes with boats and water rather than a car park. There's also a gym with yoga studios, and a spa with steam and sauna rooms for the end of a hot day.
Less usual are the gaming, music and virtual golf rooms. If it's too hot to go out, or you're travelling with teenagers, these earn their keep. Outside there are landscaped gardens and BBQ and outdoor dining areas. Children get play areas and a trampoline park.
Concierge and security run around the clock, with CCTV, and the lifts are high-speed. That matters in a tower where you'll be going up and down several times a day. Allocated parking comes with the building, which helps if you're hiring a car.
Our apartments here
Our mix leans heavily towards one-bedroom apartments, with the odd two-bedroom. Several sit on higher floors. Some face the marina and yachts, while others look across the marina towards the city.
The honest downside is choice. If you need several bedrooms, there may simply be nothing free on your dates, so send us your dates early and we'll tell you what's available.
Who it suits
Couples and small families do best here. Families get a lot from the play areas and trampoline park, and couples tend to live by the pool and spa. Longer stays of a few weeks or a month work well too, because the gym, gardens and games rooms stop the flat feeling small.
Step outside and you're on the Marina waterfront, with the beach, the tram, the metro and the Marina's water transport all part of the area around you.
Questions people ask
Do all your LIV Marina apartments look over the water?
No. Some face the marina and the yachts directly, and others take in the marina and the city. If waking up to boats outside the window is the point of the trip, mention it in your enquiry and we can point you to the apartments that face the yachts.
Is LIV Marina a good choice with children?
Yes, more than most towers. There are play areas, a trampoline park and games rooms, plus an infinity pool. Most of our flats here are one-bedrooms, so ask us about sleeping arrangements for your family.
Can I park if I hire a car?
The building has allocated parking, so you won't be hunting for a space on the street. If you're planning to drive, let us know in your enquiry so we can confirm how parking works for the apartment you choose.
