Holiday apartments in Vida Residences Dubai Marina

Vida Residences is an Emaar building on the Marina Walk, right beside the Dubai Marina Yacht Club. You step out of the lobby onto the promenade, with the water and the moored boats in front of you.

We manage a small number of apartments here for short stays, from a long weekend to a month or so. This page is about the building itself and what it's like to live in for a while, so you can judge whether it fits your trip.

Showing 5 stays

This list is live and changes as dates fill. Nightly prices are before taxes; pick dates on an apartment for the exact quote.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Inside the building

The shared facilities cover most of what you'd want on a Dubai holiday without leaving the building. There's a swimming pool with landscaped areas around it, a fully equipped gym, and a sauna and steam room. The building also lists lagoon access and private gardens with barbecue areas, which are handy if you're staying long enough to want an evening in rather than another restaurant.

Families get a children's play area. There are food and drink outlets at the building, high-speed lifts, 24-hour security and allocated parking. If you're bringing a car, mention it in your message so we can check the parking that goes with the apartment you're looking at.

Our apartments here

Our Vida apartments are one- and two-bedrooms, leaning towards two-bedrooms. You won't find studios from us in this building. The two-bedroom units are the roomier option and work well for families or a couple of friends sharing. The one-bedrooms are a good size for a couple.

The list on this page is live, so it shows what we actually have now. Each listing gives the layout and how many people it sleeps. Floors and outlooks vary from unit to unit, so ask us about a specific apartment if the view matters to you.

Who it suits, and the Marina outside

Vida suits people who want to be on the water rather than a few streets back from it. The Marina Walk is right outside, the yacht club is next door and there's a shopping mall nearby, so a lot of the trip can happen on foot.

The trade-off is that the promenade is a public space. Expect people passing in the evenings and a livelier feel than a quiet residential tower. If you want calm, the pool and gardens are where you'll find it.
