Holiday Apartments in Studio One, Dubai Marina

Studio One is a residential building in Dubai Marina, and what decides a stay here is the door to Marina Walk. The building has direct access to the promenade, so a morning coffee or an evening stroll by the water starts the moment you leave the lobby.

It is a place where people actually live, not a hotel tower. For a short stay that usually means a calmer feel inside, with the waterfront close by when you want it.

Nightly prices are before taxes: 5% VAT and, in Dubai, the Tourism Dirham fee are added and listed line by line before you send a request. A refundable security deposit may apply.

Life inside the building

The pool deck is the part most guests end up using. It overlooks the Marina, so you swim or lie out with the water and boats in front of you rather than a wall of car park.

Downstairs there is a fitness centre, plus a steam room and sauna. That is more than many residential buildings in the area manage, and it means you can keep a routine on a longer stay without paying for a gym.

The lobby is modern and staffed by 24/7 security. If you are driving, allocated parking is included, which saves you circling for a space after a day out.

Our apartments here

We manage a small spread of layouts in Studio One, from studios up to two-bedrooms. The studios work well for one or two people who will be out most of the day. The one-bedroom gives a couple a separate room to sleep in, so one of you can stay up with the television while the other gets an early night. The two-bedroom works for parents travelling with children, or two couples sharing, when everyone wants their own space.

Views depend on which side of the building an apartment faces. Some look towards the canal and the water, others towards the city. Send your dates with a note saying you want the water in view, and we will point you to the apartments on the canal side.

Who it suits

Studio One makes most sense if you want Marina Walk on your doorstep and decent facilities to come back to. Couples, small families and people staying a few weeks tend to get the most from it.

If you want somewhere set well back from the waterfront and its foot traffic, this is not that building. Its appeal is being close to the Walk.

Questions people ask

Can I really walk straight onto Marina Walk?

Yes. The building has direct access to Marina Walk, so you do not need to cross roads or go round the block to reach the promenade. For short stays this is the main reason people choose it.

Is parking available if I hire a car?

Allocated parking is included at Studio One. If you plan to hire a car, say so in your enquiry, and you will know where your space is before you arrive.

Can guests use the pool, gym, sauna and steam room?

The building has a pool deck overlooking the Marina, a fitness centre, and a steam room and sauna, all intended for residents. Ask us about access when you enquire and we will explain how it works for your stay.
