Most are 5–10 minutes' walk from the JBR beach and The Walk promenade. The Marina-front apartments themselves overlook the canal and yachts rather than the open sea; for sand-and-sea on the doorstep, look for the JBR-tower options in the listings.

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible — just ask when you reserve and we'll do our best to accommodate based on the calendar.

Every stay is fully furnished with a full kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, cookware), complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fresh linen and towels and a professional clean before arrival. Most buildings also include a shared pool, gym, sauna and 24-hour reception.

Most apartments come with one allocated covered parking bay per unit in the tower car park. The exact number of bays per apartment is confirmed on the booking — please mention if you're arriving in more than one car.

Easily. The Dubai Metro Red Line has two stations at the Marina (DMCC and Sobha Realty), the Marina Tram loops the district, and taxis and ride-hailing are abundant and inexpensive. The Marina Walk itself is fully pedestrian, and the JBR beach, mall and tram are all walkable.

Very. Dubai Marina is one of Dubai's most popular family neighbourhoods, with a well-lit waterfront promenade, kid-friendly restaurants, the JBR beach, Bluewaters Island and the Marina Mall all within walking distance. Buildings are gated with 24-hour reception and CCTV.

October to April is peak season — warm, comfortable weather and the busiest Marina nightlife and events. May to September is hot but quieter, with the best value nightly rates, fully air-conditioned indoor everything and the building pool to cool off in.

Several of our apartments are 3 and 4-bedroom units that comfortably host larger families or groups of friends. For a party or event we'd recommend booking two adjacent apartments in the same tower — message us with the group size and dates and we'll suggest a combination.

Dubai International Airport (DXB) is about 30 km / 30 minutes by taxi, depending on traffic. Al Maktoum (DWC) is about 38 km / 35 minutes. The Metro Red Line also runs directly from DMCC station in the Marina to DXB Terminals 1 and 3.
